Since 1999 the owners of Vanguarde Estate Agents have been selling property in the Northern CBD of Sydney. We have made over 1000 residential property sales and more than $1,300,000,000 worth of sales within this Northern CBD precinct.

We are a technology savvy office, with enquiries funnelling in from not only our website but also the online portals we subscribe to, our digital display screen, our email marketing, eMagazine and our online client register. All of the team have a Real Estate License, in addition to this both Tim and Travis hold Bachelor Degree’s in Property Economics and Business respectively.

We are open 6 days a week and have two office locations one in Shop 2/168 Kent Street and another at Shop 5/171 Gloucester Street The Rocks.  We are also able to conduct special appointments on Sundays if required. Our offices are situated underneath  Sydney’s most exclusive residential buildings, Observatory Tower and Stamford Residences in The Rocks.
