At Vanguarde Estate Agents we have been re-examining and re-structuring our business over the last 9 months.
Being one of the top agencies in Sydney is only possible if we maintain a constant vigil of our services we provide and the service we deliver. Travis and I listened to customer and client feedback and also hired consultants to critically look at our business. Using that information we made staff changes, hired some real talent and completed several system changes.
A big change was to our leasing – we now do an open for inspection every day for 20 mins if property vacant and walking distance from either of our two offices in Observatory Tower Millers Point or Stamford Residence in The Rocks.. This has dramatically reduced our days on market and increased customer satisfaction and landlords returns.
Another big change was hiring our new sales associate Lea Zappia who is rejuvenating our whole sale operation and already becoming a crowd favorite at our sales inspections. Watch Lea quickly move into sales executive over the next 6 months.
I am very happy to report that after our latest health check we have skyrocketed past our benchmark performance indicators of last year.
Everything is up, from sales to leasing/management income and perhaps most noticeably our days on market for rental and sales has been dramatically decreased putting us in the top 3 leading agencies in the city providing boutique real estate services.
Not resting up just yet we have a raft of changes we are rolling out to speed up our internal systems and allow us more time to connect with our clients and customers.
We really want to bring back old fashion service standards married with the very best in technology for our customers and clients alike to benefit when conducting any property related business.
